Thrive Stronger Together focuses on reaching hotspots—areas with the highest concentrations of individuals experiencing homelessness across Los Angeles County.
By partnering with local shelters, service providers, community leaders, and government agencies, we identify where the need is greatest and deploy our mobile resource truck directly to those locations. These targeted outreach efforts ensure that services like housing support, legal aid, hhealthcare, and employment resources are brought straight to the people who need them most—meeting them where they are and removing the barriers to access. Our rotating schedule ensures consistent, compassionate engagement with the county’s most vulnerable communities.
BrightStart: Finances & Housing for the Future
Bright Start – Finances & Housing for the Future is a hands-on financial literacy and housing stability program designed for at-risk high school seniors across Los Angeles.
In partnership with LAUSD, Bright Start empowers students through 1.5-hour interactive workshops that cover budgeting, renting, income planning, goal setting, and life skills needed for long-term success. Using engaging simulations with Monopoly money, students experience real-world scenarios like paying rent and managing surprise expenses. Each session includes icebreakers, expert-led discussions, and wrap-ups with a Certificate of Completion, giving students both the knowledge and confidence to break the cycle of poverty and build a path toward financial independence and stable housing.
